TURNKEY SYSTEMS


Concetti Group makes turnkey systems, from the weigher to the palletizer, designed to meet the customer's specific requirements.

The turnkey solutions proposed by the Concetti Group give the customer the advantage of interacting with just one supplier, just one technology and just one guarantee.
When they are integrated into a complete system, all the Concetti machines are totally self-adjustable. During format changes, the program in the memory of the master PLC transmits all the necessary instructions to each machine comprising the system: weigher, closing line, printer, check-weigher, metal detector, palletizer and full-pallet wrapping machine. The actuators of the individual machines follow the instructions they have received and position themselves to achieve maximum speed and operating accuracy, without the least operator intervention.

The time needed for format changes varies from 30 to 120 seconds, depending on the complexity of the plant.Il tempo necessario per il cambio formato varia da 30 a 120 secondi, dipendente dalla complessità dell’impianto.
