The Continua 400 is a machine designed for low throughputs (max. 400 b/h, depending on the characteristics of the product). It has three operating stations: one to form the bottom of the bag and cut the film to the desired length, the second one for filling and the third one for sealing the upper bag edge.
The Continua 400 features simple and effective constructional solutions that make it compact and
suited for installation in any production environment. The operating phases and the changeover of the machine operating parameters are PLC-assisted and can be completed in a very short amount of time, without any operator intervention, thanks to the actuators mounted on the machine.
The monobloc structure, equipped with inspection doors, makes the system perfectly safe for the
operator.

Micro-perforation device for the tubular film in order to eliminate air from the inside of the bag
Printing of alphanumeric characters on one or both sides of the tubular film. 45-degree seal for bottom corners and tops of gusseted bags.
Probe deaeration unit to minimize the volume of fluidized products. Device to clean the upper bag edges when working with dusty products.
Possibility of handling reels with a preformed handle.
